[December 23, 2011] NLRB Delays Poster Requirement Until April 30, 2012

Today, the National Labor Relations Board postponed the effective date of its new poster requirement until April 30, 2012. This move comes in response to a federal judge urging the NLRB to delay the effective date while legal challenges are still being heard.
