Bryan O’Keefe received a J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in 2011.  Prior to law school, Bryan worked as a consultant on labor and employment public policy in Washington, DC, where he consulted with industry and corporate trade associations, think tanks, and public relations agencies concerning general information regarding labor unions, strikes, and the proposed Employee Free Choice Act.

Bryan's background in labor policy work has translated into representation of employers in all aspects of traditional labor law, including unfair labor practice proceedings, NLRB elections, and arbitrations. Bryan also frequently assists clients in government investigations by the Department of labor as well as employment discrimination, wage and hour, and unlawful termination cases.

While in law school, Bryan was the Editor-in-Chief of the Penn State Law Review.  He also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable D. Brooks Smith, of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Bryan was a summer associate at Shawe Rosenthal in 2010.
