Adam S. Belzberg has concentrated his practice in the area of employment litigation, most recently having assisted in the representation of one of the nation’s major insurance companies in a nationwide wage and hour class action litigation. He also defends employers against discrimination claims under federal and state law, as well as state common-law tort and contract claims. Adam has served as a revisions editor for Avoiding Employment Discrimination Charges and Employment Law Deskbook, both of which are published by Matthew Bender. He is also a regular contributor to Bender’s Labor & Employment Bulletin, and the Society for Human Resource Manager’s (SHRM) Court Report.
